The journey that a raw stone undergoes to be transformed into final products such as coverings, kitchen countertops, washbasins, or decorative pieces is fascinating and complex. This process involves several steps and depends on multiple factors
Each piece has a specific purpose that influences the transformation techniques used.
The characteristics of the stone determine the appropriate methods for its handling and finishing.
The machinery and skilled labor vary according to the stages of the process, directly influencing the final outcome.
Geographic and economic policy factors significantly influence the entire process, including the origin of the stone, the location of the manufacturing facility in relation to the stone’s origin, and the final destination of the product.
At our company, although on a much smaller scale, we utilize many of the processes described above, adapting them according to the stone and the desired final product from using complex 5-axis CNC machines to artisans working with their hands.
As we are specializing on marble processes but our products include other materials like wood, metal and glass, we collaborate with local artisans that make small production for the named materials. As they are coming from our surroundings, we are always able to visit and consult on each product providing us with flexibility and ability to ensure the highest quality standards.
